1) Preheat oven to 325F.

2) Scoop cookie dough into roughly 2-tablespoon-sized balls and evenly space them on a parchment-

lined sheet tray or cookie sheet. (If dough is too stiff, let sit at room temp. for 30 minutes to soften.)

4) Bake 13-15 minutes, rotating half way, until edges are light golden brown and centers are mostly set.

5) Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
