  • Where can I pick up my Big Tree Grocery order?

    We offer Big Tree Grocery in Maine and Boston!

    All Maine order pickups are on Thursdays:

    Biddeford, Building 10 at the Pepperell Mill

    11 AM - 1 PM

    Portland, Middle Street just before The Honey Paw 3:30 - 5:30 PM

    Town Landing Market (Falmouth) 2:30 PM - Close

    Casco Bay Islands orders are sent by freight between 3 & 5 PM

    All Boston order pickups are on Friday between 12 PM & 5 PM at Eventide Fenway

  • What should I do if I’m going to be late to pick up my order?

  • I ordered something from Big Tree Grocery that I don’t know how to cook! Help!

  • How quickly should I eat / use my groceries?

    All of our meats will have best by dates on the labels! We switched over to freezing our protein options last year to give our customers the option to either thaw and eat within the next few days, or keep in the freezer and enjoy at a later date.

    All of our meal kit options we recommend consuming within 3-5 days.

  • Where can I purchase a Big Tree Grocery gift card?

    There are three ways to get Big Tree Grocery gift cards.

    1. Add a gift card to your next Grocery order, and we’ll include it in your bag for pickup.

    2. Purchase one through Eventide’s Online Shop and our retail team will pop it in the mail for you.

    3. Click here to purchase a digital gift card that will be delivered via email immediately, or on a future date you select.

  • When will your Thanksgiving orders open?

    Thanksgiving orders will open on November 9th and will close on November 17th. All Thanksgiving orders will be available for pickup on Wednesday 11/22.

    This year our Thanksgiving menu will be full of snacks, sides and fixings for your Thanksgiving feast.

    We will not be offering turkeys, but we will have whole chickens, which we offer trussed and are perfect for more intimate gatherings.

  • Do you offer catering?

    We sure do! Check out our sister company - Big Tree Catering! And we’re always happy to hear from you if you have something in mind that you think Big Tree Grocery would be a good fit for.
