PREPARING YOUR FRESH PASTA

In order to cook your fresh pastas, bring a large stock pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Add to the pot your pasta, and then immediately begin to stir it gently so that noodles do not stick or clump.

Continue to cook until pasta is al dente. (keep a close eye on it-as fresh pasta cooks much faster than dry pasta)

Strain your cooked pasta and use immediately.

Sauce Note: Our trio of pasta friendly sauces, Basil Pesto, Classic Marinara and Bolognese are all ready to eat. Simply warm the sauces up, or room temperature if you prefer and serve!
