Steamer Basket Recommended

Fill one inch of water in the bottom of a saucepan. Place steamer on top and bring to a boil. Add buns and cover. About five minutes, check to see they are soft and steamy all the way through.

While buns are steaming, put a medium sized pan on low heat and add the brown butter. Once the butter is melted, add the picked lobster meat and turn the heat up slightly. Turn the meat with a spoon or rubber spatula to coat the meat and heat through just until warm, do not overcook. Season with salt to taste.

Portion the Lobster between the two split top buns. Garnish with cut chive.

Microwave (In absence of a steamer) Remove buns from packaging. Place on plate and microwave for one minute or until bun is soft and steamy.
