PANZEROTTI
Fill a 4 quart sauce pot with sides half way with canola or vegetable oil.
Heat oil until small bubbles form on bottom, but not until smoking.
Fry the frozen panzerotti 4 at a time for 4 minutes.
Pull the panzerotti out of oil with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
Repeat the process for the remaining.
Please allow the panzerotti to rest for 3 minutes before eating. The inside will be very hot!
