There’s no wrong way to cook this roast!

Preheat your oven to 400°

Grill or pan sear your roast until all sides are marked. Once marked, place roast on roasting rack and cook in oven for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature is 140°. Check at 30 minutes

Let rest for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
