Whether it’s Tuesday or not, we’ve got you cover for taco night with just a few quick steps! The par-cooked beef shoulder steak comes ready to grill prepared with our house taco seasoning. Simply pre-heat your grill to medium and grill on both sides until nicely charred and heated through, about 10 minutes total (ideal internal temp 115-120). Heat the tortillas by grilling them quickly for about 10 seconds on each side, then stack them on a plate and cover with a towel to keep them warm and steamy while the meat is grilling. To serve slice the meat and offer to your diners with the warm tortillas, salsa and fixings.
